We are currently seeking skilledFabricatorsto join their growing team in the Bilston area.

You will be responsible for Assembling and Fabricating mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a manufacturing organisation.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday 2 Shift Rotation
- AM - Monday to Thursday 05:45 till 14:00 & Friday 05:45 till 11:45
- PM Monday to Thursday 14:15 till 22:30 & Friday 12:00 till 18:00
Rate of Pay:
- £15.93 per hour (AM Shift) + £11.37 Daily Shift Allowance on the PM Shift
- Piece Work + Overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricating highway products and infrastructures according to specifications and industry standards
- Operating an overhead crane to lift, move, and position materials as needed
- Reading and interpret drawings to determine project requirements
- Inspecting finished products for quality and ensuring they meet specifications
- Maintaining and performing routine checks on welding and fabricating equipment
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work area
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have steel fabrication experience
- Must be able to read drawings
- Experience with operating overhead cranes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a fabrication environment
