We are looking for an experienced Operations/Sales Administrator to join our client's operations team on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for end-to-end order processing, playing a vital role supporting the sales team and answering any customer enquiries regarding their order. You will need to be detail driven and organised in your approach to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end order management
- Liaising with suppliers, couriers and warehouses regarding orders and stock flow
- Liaise with customers on order queries and updates
- Support with the smooth running of the office with ordering supplies and ensuring H&S checks have been completed
- Supporting with social media platforms when needed
- Other ad hoc administration duties as required
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in IT systems particularly Excel
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs and SLAs
- Proactive team player who can use their own initiative
