Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established market leader in their field. They are looking for an experienced Legal Executive to provide comprehensive legal admin in an in-house commercial environment.

The successful Legal Executive will be comfortable handling company commercial, litigation and employment law.

What will the role involve?

Drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDA's, service contracts and supplier agreements
Managing contentious commercial work, including disputes and contract enforcement
Liaising with legal counsel and providing general advice and administrative support across the business
Handling employment law matters and drafting contracts, policies and procedures
General legal administrative support and acting as the expert contact for stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience in a similar Legal Executive, Paralegal or Company Legal Secretary role essential
Strong understanding of company/commercial, litigation and employment law
Competent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
