Production Administrator

Location: Bingham

Pay Rate: 12.21 p/h

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - 8am-16:30pm (times may alter)

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organisation and a passion for technology? We're recruiting for a Production Administrator to join a dynamic warehouse and logistics team, supporting the configuration and dispatch of CCTV kits.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to contribute to continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Digital Video Recorders, Cameras, and Routers with precision and care
  • Organise workload to meet dispatch deadlines and ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Maintain accurate records and data for tracking and reporting
  • Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and partners to resolve issues and coordinate deliveries
  • Support product testing and provide technical feedback
  • Assist with stock monitoring and process improvements
  • Keep Help desk systems updated to reflect work flow accurately
  • Provide general warehouse support during busy periods or staff absences
  • Participate in training, progress meetings, and Fitters' Days as required
