Description of the role:
- Working closely with Project Managers and Technical Managers to support customers throughout their order journey.
- Managing the customer journey from initial quotation through to costing, delivery and installation.
- Liaising with finance teams regarding costings and invoicing.
- Associated administration including processing complex order information, having a keen eye for detail.
- Liaising with different departments throughout the business to ensure projects are on track for completion dates and times.
- Communicating with customers in a timely manner, ensuring they are kept updated with order and installation progress.
About you:
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent administration skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Commercial awareness of profit and gross margins.
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
- Communication and client liaison skills.
- Experience of working within sales and project administration.
