What youll be doing as a Maintenance Engineer:

  • Reactive and planned maintenance on fast-moving production lines
  • PPM and TPM routines to keep machinery running efficiently
  • Identifying root causes of breakdowns and fixing them properly
  • Logging maintenance work and keeping records up to date
  • Suggesting improvements to reduce downtime and spare parts usage
  • Coaching and supporting machine operators on basic upkeep

What were looking for in a Maintenance Engineer:

  • Experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
  • Strong mechanical knowledge hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, etc.
  • Electrical skills are welcome, but a mechanical bias would suit this best
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • Good communicator who works well across teams
  • Someone proactive, hands-on, and eager to make a difference
