What youll be doing as a Maintenance Engineer:
- Reactive and planned maintenance on fast-moving production lines
- PPM and TPM routines to keep machinery running efficiently
- Identifying root causes of breakdowns and fixing them properly
- Logging maintenance work and keeping records up to date
- Suggesting improvements to reduce downtime and spare parts usage
- Coaching and supporting machine operators on basic upkeep
What were looking for in a Maintenance Engineer:
- Experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
- Strong mechanical knowledge hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, etc.
- Electrical skills are welcome, but a mechanical bias would suit this best
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
