Site Manager - Modular Projects
Location: Birchington-on-Sea
Rate: 250 per day

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a modular build project in Birchington-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong modular installation and fit-out experience who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered to programme and quality standards.

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities efficiently.

• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

• Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable background in modular construction, including install and internal fit-out.

• Valid SMSTS certificate.

• Black CSCS Manager's Card.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
