Our client requires a Site Manager for an immediate start on a commercial site in Thanet, Kent. The role will involve supporting the PM where necessary and performing the day-to-day tasks in terms of H&S, giving inductions, checking RAMS, populating and issuing specific permits (hot works, etc.), doing site inspections etc.
Successful Site Managers must have the follows:
- A current valid SMSTS, CSCS card for working on site as a Site Manager.
- Experience in working on commercial construction sites as a Site Manager.
- Two checkable working references as a Site Manager from similar roles.
The hours on site will be from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday. However, a certain amount of flexibility regarding hours will be required in order to meet the requirements of the site.
