Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Officer to join their team in Harrogate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Anti-Social Behaviour and Neighbourhood Management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and allocate council housing properties
- Monitor introductory tenancies and attend court when necessary
- Deal with breaches of tenancy agreements effectively
- Promote tenant participation in community initiatives
- Collaborate with other services and external agencies as needed
- Competitive salary of 25,000 - 30,000 per annum

- Previous experience as a Housing Officer
- Proficiency in dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour cases
- Possession of a valid driving license
