Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Officer to join their team in Harrogate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Anti-Social Behaviour and Neighbourhood Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and allocate council housing properties
  • Monitor introductory tenancies and attend court when necessary
  • Deal with breaches of tenancy agreements effectively
  • Promote tenant participation in community initiatives
  • Collaborate with other services and external agencies as needed
