Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, configure, and operate CNC milling machines, primarily using Hurco and Fanuc controls.
  • Design and apply offline programming strategies to boost productivity and reduce machine downtime.
  • Work closely with the production team to maintain workflow efficiency, resolve technical issues, and meet output targets.
  • Conduct regular machine checks and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Uphold rigorous quality assurance standards and maintain a safe working environment in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience as a CNC Milling Programmer, particularly with Hurco and Fanuc systems.
  • Strong programming knowledge with the ability to fine-tune operations and reduce errors.
  • Excellent mechanical understanding and attention to detail to deliver high-precision components.
  • Confident problem-solver who can stay flexible and focused in a dynamic production setting.
  • Solid understanding of machining safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Team player with clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Time-served engineer or equivalent experience; technical qualifications are a bonus.
  • Skilled in CAD/CAM tools and CNC programming languages.
