Salary: 90-100 per day

What You'll Do:
- Work 1:1 or with small groups to support children with additional needs.
- Deliver tailored learning interventions and support lesson plans.
- Help build confidence, independence, and social skills in pupils.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and colleagues to track progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 Learning Support/Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting children with SEND is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, patience, and empathy.
- A team player who's flexible, proactive, and child-focused.
