QA Technician, immediate start

Location: Wirral - full time onsite role
Hourly Rate: £14 per hour
Type: Temporary- likely duration until March 2026

Russell- Taylor Group are looking for a number of QA Technicians based on the Wirral for one of our growing manufacturing clients. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Technician to join the team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Experience in manufacturing type industry, familiarity with WMS and NAV dynamics would be advantageous for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance logs.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support the development and improvement of QA processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to ensure product compliance with internal and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety and quality standards across the manufacturing process.

The Person

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance processes and standards.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
