We're proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client - a growing and well-respected manufacturing business - for an experienced Validation Officer to join their Quality Assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving validation processes within a regulated manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will also be involved in new product introduction and new equipment validation as part of this process.

The Role:

As a Validation Officer, you'll be responsible for managing and executing validation activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver equipment qualifications, process validations, and internal audits, while promoting quality best practices across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the site Validation Master Plan.
Develop and execute validation protocols and reports.
Perform equipment qualification and process validation.
Support and coach staff on validated processes and quality documentation.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Contribute to investigations and problem-solving activities.
Provide data and insights for quality metrics and continuous improvement.

About You:

Previous experience in a validation role within a manufacturing environment - to include IQ, OQ or PQ experience ideally.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
