What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitoring and verifying compliance of manufacturing processes with quality standards.
- Conducting internal audits, identifying gaps, and implementing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Training staff on QA best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Supporting supplier quality checks and incoming material inspections.
- Promoting the transition of in-line process control to production teams.
- Tracking key metrics, producing reports, and making practical improvement recommendations.
What You Need to Bring:
- Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
- People management or supervisory experience
