Job Role: Manufacturing Team Leader
Location: Birkenhead
Salary: Up to 27,800 per annum
Metalis are currently working with a well-established manufacturer, who are looking for 2x Manufacturing Team Leaders to join their team on either a Full time or Part time basis.
Job Duties:
- Manage, train and motivate a small team of production operatives
- Ensure production schedules and targets are met or exceeded
- Ensure Health & Safety is always adhered too
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Record reports detailing production performance
- Drive operational efficiencies
Job Requirements:
- Team Leader/Supervisor experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
Salary & Shift:
- Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm & Friday, 8am - 12:30pm (Full time, regular days - 27,800 per annum)
- Monday to Thursday, 5pm - 10pm (Part time, regular evenings - 14,414 per annum)
