Exciting Temp to Perm - Team Leader opportunitieshavearisen with our client

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the effective and efficient processing of work orders in full compliance with HSE, MHRA, cGMP, and SOP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out line clearance activities in accordance with established procedures.

  • Ensure accurate completion and compliance of all online documentation.

  • Conduct on-line verification of issued stock against work orders.

  • Provide briefings and guidance to Packing Operatives as required.

  • Monitor and perform in-process checks to maintain product quality and compliance.

  • Reconcile work orders to ensure accuracy and traceability.

  • Lead, manage, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.

  • Monitor production line performance, identifying and addressing issues promptly.

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards at all times.

  • Participate in performance review meetings to report progress and key metrics.

  • Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and meetings as necessary.

  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by Senior Management

Hours

Once trained you will be working a 48 hour week, over a 4 day period; 13:00hrs - 01:00hrs Monday to Thursday

Training is likely to be 07:00hrs - 19:00hrs Monday to Thursday

The recruitment process invoves attending anassessment and interview onsite

This role is a temporary to permanent position, via the agency, weekly pay whilst we the agency, monhtly pay once transferred to contract.
