Salary: 25,469.34 - 26,768.99 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and meet the needs of young people in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Collaborate with young people, families, social workers, and external agencies to provide holistic support.
- Safeguard the welfare and safety of the young people, ensuring work aligns with legislative and procedural requirements.
- Participate in planning and reviewing care, health, and education plans for young people.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes personal development and social care best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Understanding of developmental needs of young people (physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and educational).
- Knowledge of Child Protection procedures and Social Care Services.
- Team player with the ability to demonstrate sensitivity, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage emotional stress and motivate both yourself and others.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
