£85 – £120 (per day, school hours, term time) - Salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications. 

Vision for Education is recruiting a Specialist Behaviour Support Assistant to join a SEND school in Birkenhead. This full-time role, working Monday to Friday, involves providing 1:1 support to students aged 14–16 who have experienced challenges in previous educational settings. The position is available as soon as possible on a long-term basis, with the potential to develop into a permanent contract with the school.

 

Requirements

To be considered for the Specialist Behaviour Support Assistant position, the school have asked for:

- Someone who has worked with children, young people or vulnerable adults in any capacity

- Someone who may have experience with supporting people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

- Someone with great patience, drive, and determination

- Someone looking to extend and expand their skillset
