A medium sized M&E contractor established for over 25 years, are looking for an electrical estimator to join their established team and be based in Birmingham. If you are an electrical estimator with experience in building services construction then please read on.
The Electrical Estimator
As an estimator you will be well versed in electrical estimation in the building services contracting sector and will need do to adjust to the client's working practices quickly, so you will ideally have 10 yrs plus experience.
The company work across multiple sectors but the majority of their projects are in distribution centres, mixed residential and general industrial.
Project values will vary but tend to be from £500k - £10m with occasional larger projects.

Experience and Qualifications
You must have an electrical bias for this role.
Time served or academic qualifications in electrical building services required, specifically estimation.
You will need to have experience in estimating medium to large projects previously.
Experience in the distribution, residential and industrial markets preferred.
