Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 (Depending on Experience)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are excited to be recruiting a motivated and proactive Finance Controller to join a thriving company in the real estate sector, based in Birmingham.
Finance Controller Responsibilities:
- Improve cost efficiency and reduce expenses
- Submit tax returns on time and in compliance
- File receipts for all company expenses
- Record daily cash transactions accurately
- Assist with financial projects and analysis
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within the property sector
- MUST BE ACA OR ACCA QUALIFIED
- Be proactive and ambitious
- Have strong communication skills
- Be able to work independently and mange priorities
