- Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 per annum
Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller:
- Lead statutory financial reporting and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Own the month-end and year-end closure process across all entities
- Deliver financial planning, forecasting, and high-quality commercial reporting packs
- Support external audit activity and ensure timely submission of statutory accounts
- Provide strategic insights and financial advice to senior leadership
- Drive automation and process improvement across AP/AR functions
- Lead, mentor, and develop a transactional finance team
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and contribute to executive-level decision-making
Key essentials of the Financial Controller:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong technical background in statutory accounting and financial reporting
