About the Organization

Greenfield Recovery Ltd is an Insolvency practice based in central Birmingham, dealing with corporate insolvency, restructuring and business recovery.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Insolvency Administrator to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in insolvency. The role involves execution of asset recovery, co-ordinating with stakeholders and ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of a portfolio of cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the direct supervision of more senior members of the team, to assist with the pro-active administration of insolvency cases
  • Production of good quality reports and letters
  • Completion of all tasks and formalities in accordance with statutory deadlines and internal protocols
  • Maximising asset realisations in a pro-active and cost-effective way
  • Taking personal responsibility to ensure any tasks delegated by more senior members of staff are completed in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with clients, legal representatives, and internal teams to gather information and provide updates

Required Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a degree (preferred) in Law, Business Administration, Financial sector

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with databases and office software
