RM Recruit is supporting a client in the search for a Senior Service Charge Accountant for an initial 4-month interim assignment, starting immediately.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience in service charge accounting within the housing association sector and strong data analysis skills.
Main responsibilities include managing large volumes of service charge data, preparing and reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
This role requires an advanced user of Excel and offers a salary of £60,000 per year, with the candidate expected to have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
The position involves working from the West Midlands office once a week, with the remainder of the time working from home.

Astheidealcandidate,youwillpossessdemonstrableservicechargeaccountingexperiencewithinahousingassociation(essential)andpossessstrongdataanalysiscapabilitiesandhavetheabilitytoworkconfidentlywithlargedatasets.Youwillbeanadvanceduserofexcelandwillbeavailableimmediatelytostart.TheroleisworkingfromtheirWestMidlandsofficesonceperweekwiththeremainderworkingfromhome.
