We’re working with a well-established organisation in Redditch seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and support senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and control accounts
- Payroll processing
- VAT returns and year-end accounts preparation
- Financial reporting and monthly journals
- Management Accounts (Month End)
- Intercompany invoicing and loan monitoring
- Support for external audits and ad hoc financial tasks
Requirements:
- AAT qualified or equivalent (or qualified by experience)
- Proficient in Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
- Experience in VAT
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
