What you’ll be doing:
- Producing management accounts for the group and selected portfolio companies.
- Leading on the production of the consolidation of monthly reporting
- Managing daily bookkeeping, credit card reconciliations, expenses, VAT returns, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Partnering with divisional heads to provide insight and challenge.
- Leading year-end processes and assisting with FCA return drafting.
- Driving process improvements across finance operations.
- Supporting projects such as systems implementation and acquisitions integration.
What we’re looking for:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using Excel and experienced with Xero.
- Able to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Adaptable, inquisitive, and personable.
- Previous SME experience is desirable.
