A large international banking and financial services group, with a significant presence in the UK, is looking to strengthen one of its four UK internal audit divisions, with the addition of a Senior Internal Auditor in its West Midlands office.

The role will give you the opportunity to work across a number of different business units and develop technical skills across retail banking, commercial banking and central services of a large, complex regulated business.

This role comes with an onward career path within internal audit taking you to VP, Director and beyond or the opportunity to branch out into other business areas or locations of this international group.

Applicants should have trained as auditors/ accountants within the professional services industry, or gained prior internal audit experience. The role will see you travelling quite a bit as you get to the root of the risk profile of its geographically dispersed business units. The travel will be no further than a few hours away from home and never over weekends. Flexible working practices are commonplace in order to mitigate any disruption from spending a night or two away from home during the week.

You will form part of a cohesive and professional audit team and gain skills which will continue to open doors throughout your career. To discuss the role in more detail, please send your CV or contact David Stacey at Eames Consulting for more details.
