Role responsibilities

  • Managing a personal tax portfolio including high-net-worth individuals, landlords, directors and sole traders
  • Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns and ensuring accurate and timely submissions
  • Assisting with advisory projects including inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax, and residency issues
  • Liaising with clients and HMRC, providing day-to-day support and resolving queries
  • Supporting senior team members with more complex tax cases and client meetings
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development
  • Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and best practices
