A growing business within the services sector has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their small and welcoming team on initially a temporary basis, with a view to the role becoming permanent.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for an array of transactional finance duties including processing invoices and dealing with queries. As you develop in this role and should you so wish, there is a unique opportunity to take on additional duties from the Finance Manager in order to grow your skill set.
Ideally you will:
- Be available for an immediate start
- Have experience of a variety of transactional finance duties such as Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, or Credit Control.
- Possess the ability to build team relationships and use excellent communication to interact effectively with external clients.
- Have excellent written communication skills and be a confident Excel user.
