£12.45 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties
Working as an Administrator Assistant for our client your duties will be:
- Manage all customer orders for dispatch to the required service level
- Ensure all customer receipts are administrated on the system within the timelines set with customer
- Ensure all damages / stock adjustments are recorded and reported to the customer
- Manage all customer collections to the required service levels
- Monitor all processes are being followed for ensuring accuracy for the customer
- Follow all site rules and H&S requirements
- Manage customer archiving to deliver a best in class overview of auditing
Essential Skills
As an Administrator Assistant it is essential that you have:
- Team leadership experience
- Operational knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- SAP/ORACLE/DLX experience
- WMS experience
- Strong customer service background
- Microsoft experience packages - EXCEL and WORD
Desirable Skills
- Previous administration skills or related field
- Able to work in a team
- Flexibility of working hours
Training
- All training provided and additional support throughout
