ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT 

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8.00AM - 5.00PM

£12.45 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administrator Assistant to join our well-established client based in ERDINGTON, WEST MIDLANDS.

Day to Day Duties

Working as an Administrator Assistant for our client your duties will be:

  • Manage all customer orders for dispatch to the required service level
  • Ensure all customer receipts are administrated on the system within the timelines set with customer 
  • Ensure all damages / stock adjustments are recorded and reported to the customer 
  • Manage all customer collections to the required service levels 
  • Monitor all processes are being followed for ensuring accuracy for the customer 
  • Follow all site rules and H&S requirements 
  • Manage customer archiving to deliver a best in class overview of auditing 

Essential Skills

As an Administrator Assistant it is essential that you have:

  • Team leadership experience 
  • Operational knowledge and experience 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • SAP/ORACLE/DLX experience 
  • WMS experience 
  • Strong customer service background
  • Microsoft experience packages - EXCEL and WORD 

Desirable Skills

  • Previous administration skills or related field
  • Able to work in a team 
  • Flexibility of working hours

Training

  • All training provided and additional support throughout
