The Role:
- To monitor and manage the reception inbox
- Welcoming visitors into the reception area in a polite and professional manner
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Managing meeting rooms and catering requirements when necessary
The Candidate:
- Must be confident, polite and professional
- Have a 'can do' attitude
- Experience working within a similar role would be advantageous
- Excellent Microsoft office skill
- Experience using Outlook
