- Act as the first point of contact for students, staff, and external partners, delivering timely and accurate information.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for key academic activities including recruitment, admissions, induction, timetabling, attendance monitoring, exams, student progression, placements, and graduation.
- Utilise university systems to manage, manipulate, and interpret data; generate routine reports as required.
- Support the coordination and delivery of student-related events to enhance the academic experience.
- Offer professional secretarial support to relevant meetings and committees.
- Contribute to reviews and enhancements of administrative procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in a professional or academic setting.
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above in English and Maths.
- Confident user of IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in higher education or a student-facing administrative role.
