A unique, high-end business is looking for an exceptional individual with varied and strong experience within a PA capacity. This role will be supporting a busy and demanding fee earner within a fast-paced and lively environment. Based in the heart of Birmingham in fantastic offices, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual from an organisational background looking to utilise their existing PA skills with a diverse role. The successful must have a highly intelligent approach to work, ideally be graduate educated (or similar) alongside prior PA experience.The successful applicant must possess experience within the following responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management and travel arrangements including extensive national travel and client liaison
  • Client and account management on behalf and the fee earners including ownership of inboxes and all correspondence
  • Professional organisation of all documentation including creation and production of meeting packs
  • Project management demonstrating consistency with the brands ethos of quality
  • Ability to multi-task whilst supporting a extensive team with varying needs and demands

The successful applicant must have the ability to adapt to a changing and high pressured environment. You must possess exceptional levels of IT and organisational skills in order to manage workloads and inboxes as well have the desire to work as part of a wider team as well as providing an exceptional level of business support.
