Our client, a boutique Finance House based in Birmingham are seeking an exceptionally organised and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Risk Officer for a boutique Finance House. This is a pivotal role requiring the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and initiative, supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the Chief Risk Officer, managing complex diary commitments, coordinating high-level meetings, and facilitating seamless communication both internally and with external stakeholders. There will also be support to two other Executives including Legal Counsel. You will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency of the executive office whilst demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and anticipating needs before they arise.

The role will entail:

  • You will maintain meticulous diaries to ensure smooth planning of the executive's meeting commitments, coordinating administrative and travel time as required.
  • Comprehensive coordination of meetings, including arranging facilities, organising catering requirements, and preparing supporting paperwork such as agendas, handouts and minutes.
  • You will assist with executive reporting, ensuring deadlines are strictly adhered to, and organise complex travel arrangements taking all transport options into consideration whilst producing informative itineraries.
  • Provide high-quality secretarial services including occasional minute taking at relevant meetings.
  • The role also encompasses handling any other ad hoc requests from the Executive Team with flexibility and professionalism.

Applicants will have previous PA experience and a real passion and drive to be an Executive Level right hand person. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a natural sense of drive and a service driven this are key.
