  • Minute Taking: Extensive experience in taking and transcribing minutes accurately
  • Inbox Management: Handle 40-50 complex emails per day, requiring detailed attention and follow-up.
  • Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage schedules and appointments.
  • Board-Level Document Preparation: Compile and organise documents for board meetings.
  • Presentation Creation: Develop presentations for various meetings.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Confidently work with various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
