The role requires on-site presence every Tuesday and Thursday for collaborative work with the team and close coordination with the Programme Director.Key Responsibilities:
- Minute Taking: Extensive experience in taking and transcribing minutes accurately
- Inbox Management: Handle 40-50 complex emails per day, requiring detailed attention and follow-up.
- Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage schedules and appointments.
- Board-Level Document Preparation: Compile and organise documents for board meetings.
- Presentation Creation: Develop presentations for various meetings.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Confidently work with various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
