Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Architect & Lead Consultant to join our client. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of D365 BC, strong technical and consulting skills, and the ability to design, implement, and lead complex projects. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translating these into effective D365 BC solutions, while also providing leadership and guidance to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design:Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with best practices.
• Implementation:Oversee the implementation of D365 BC projects, including configuration, customisation, and integration with other systems.
• Client Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, providing expert advice, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Project Management:Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Quality Assurance:Conduct code reviews and ensure solutions are tested thoroughly before deployment.
• Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 BC features and industry trends, and continuously improve the architecture and implementation processes.

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum of [X] years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture, implementation, and consulting.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in D365 BC, including configuration, customization, and integration. Strong knowledge of AL programming language and experience with Azure services.
• Consulting Skills:Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or similar certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
