We're looking for an experienced and confident Account Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for overseeing product approval processes-ensuring specifications, pack copy, and artwork move efficiently through the correct workflows.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading food retailers, providing day-to-day service delivery while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the main point of contact for a key client, managing service delivery and ensuring smooth project workflows
  • Coordinating internal teams to manage project capacity, capabilities, and priorities
  • Supporting client development by identifying opportunities to enhance and expand service provision
  • Leading client meetings, maintaining strong relationships, and providing expert guidance
  • Compiling performance reports and status updates for stakeholders
  • Managing client feedback and handling challenging conversations professionally

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management or project management, ideally within FMCG or food retail

  • Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools
