Full-Time £14.51 My client is looking for  a proactive, detail-driven Account Manager with a passion for creative campaigns and client partnerships? They are looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with exceptional project management skills to deliver standout work for their clients.This is a temporary opportunity with a view that there could be a permanent role in the future.What you’ll be doing:Client & Relationship Management
  • Act as the key day-to-day contact for your clients, managing expectations and ensuring consistent communication.
  • Build deep knowledge of the client’s brand, competitors, and market landscape.
  • Lead client WIP calls, creative sessions, and feedback loops, ensuring clear, actionable communication with internal teams.
  • Help strengthen long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor through strategic insights and industry trends.
  • Ensure work is always aligned with brand guidelines and ready for multi-platform delivery, including our owned channels.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure timely billing and receipt of POs.
Project & Campaign Management
  • Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery through clear status tracking and stakeholder coordination.
  • Keep a close eye on project budgets and flag risks early.
  • Attend shoots or productions as needed, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Anticipate future client needs and help plan upcoming campaign requirements.
  • Proofread content carefully, ensuring everything meets the brief and brand standards before delivery.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Senior Account Managers, Account Directors, Creative, and Production teams to deliver outstanding work.
  • Share relevant platform updates, industry news, and strategic insights with the wider team.
  • Identify and resolve potential challenges early, escalating when appropriate.
  • Support the internal rollout of improved processes to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
  • 2–4 years of experience in an account/project management role, ideally within a creative, digital or marketing agency.
  • A confident communicator who can lead meetings, interpret briefs, and keep clients informed and engaged.
  • A multitasker with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and internal resources effectively.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
