Coffee Service Engineer
Location: West Midlands
Salary: 32,500 -34,000 + overtime

We are a leading coffee machine manufacturer looking to recruit an experienced Coffee Service Engineer to join our growing UK team. This is a field-based role covering the West Midlands, working with a range of commercial coffee equipment.
The Role
- Installation, servicing and repair of commercial coffee machines
- Planned maintenance and reactive breakdown support
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components
- Providing excellent customer service at client sites
- Accurate completion of service reports and documentation
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience servicing coffee machines or similar electro-mechanical equipment
- Good electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
