What You Will Do:

 

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, building strong and professional relationships. - Diagnose and repair complex instrument faults with precision and efficiency. - Deliver training to customers on the operation and maintenance of advanced scientific instrumentation. - Install new instruments at customer sites to the highest professional standards. - Perform planned preventative maintenance to ensure instruments operate at peak performance. - Travel extensively across the UK, with occasional opportunities for international travel.
