About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to join their team. In this exciting role, you'll play a crucial part in transforming the tech landscape by replacing and upgrading devices to ensure a smooth transition to Windows 11.
Key Responsibilities:
- Device Replacement: Efficiently replace outdated devices with new ones, ensuring a seamless setup and configuration process.
- Device Upgrades: Upgrade existing devices to Windows 11, making sure all software and applications are fully compatible.
- Deployment: Assist in the deployment of Windows 11 across various departments, providing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- User Support: Provide outstanding support to end-users, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the new system.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in replacing and upgrading devices, particularly in a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with Windows and its features, including installation and configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and end-users effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
