Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:45am–4:45pm | Friday 7:45am–12:45pm

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced International Logistics Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate global deliveries, ensuring cost-effective and efficient logistics across air, sea, and road transport. This is a fast-paced position within a collaborative team, where accuracy, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end international shipments via air, sea, and road.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation.
- Monitor freight pricing and negotiate cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Maintain accuracy of HS codes and product classifications.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Support overall order fulfilment to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with global trade and logistics legislation.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of air, sea, and road freight.
- Understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and shipping compliance.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
