Description

Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes
PPAP, 8D's, FMEA's etc.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and rectify quality issues
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality
Train and support team members on quality control measures
Comply with industry regulations and safety standards
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Ensure documentation of quality assurance activities

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

An educational background in Engineering or a related field
Experience in quality assurance within the industrial/manufacturing industry
Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
