Our client is expanding their Birmingham team and is looking for an ambitious Structural Engineer ready to make an impact.

In this role, you will dive into complex structural challenges, delivering innovative engineering solutions across a broad spectrum of structures-from bridges and marine works to foundations and retaining walls. You'll lead and support project delivery, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage directly with clients, ensuring designs are practical, efficient, and technically outstanding.

Along the way, you'll help shape processes, maintain the highest standards, and contribute to projects that make a tangible difference.

The ideal candidate is a degree-qualified Civil Engineer, chartered or near-chartered (ICE or IStructE), with proven experience in structural design and analysis using advanced software tools. Exposure to high-profile infrastructure projects, preferably valued over 100m, and familiarity with Eurocodes and international standards is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and experience with steel, concrete, and composite structures are essential.
