Senior Arboriculturalist - Birmingham

Are you an experienced Arboriculturalist looking to take the next step in your career? A highly regarded environmental consultancy in the Midlands is seeking a Senior Arboriculturalist to join their team. This multidisciplinary company specialises in arboriculture, ecology, and landscape architecturewith projects in sectors including urban developments to large-scale conservation initiatives, ensuring a varied and exciting workload. There will be the opportunity to grow an Arboricultural team.

The Role will involve;
  • Lead and manage arboricultural surveys, impact assessments, and method statements.
  • Provide expert advice on tree management in relation to planning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with in-house ecologists and landscape architects to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Assist in mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A Level 4 qualification (or higher) in arboriculture or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience conducting tree surveys to BS5837:2012 standards.
  • Strong knowledge of tree health, risk assessments, and planning legislation.
  • A professional membership with the Arboricultural Association (or similar).
  • A full UK driving licence.
