Job Title: Architect

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant RIBA chartered practice who provide exceptional design services to the Transportation, Education, Community, Workplace, Housing and Private Residential sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architect to join their thriving Birmingham practice.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need to be an ARB registered Architect with strong experience as an Architect within the UK as well as having a portfolio that boasts design flare. The successful individual will have demonstratable proficiency with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD, as well as experience working on projects across a range of sectors and all RIBA work stages.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role Architect:
- ARB registered
- Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience working across RIBA stages 1 through to 7
- Good experience managing projects across a broad range of sectors
- Excellent technical and design skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
