Description
- Develop detailed architectural designs and plans for property construction projects
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure architectural designs are properly implemented
- Utilise Revit software to create technical drawings and 3D models
- Participate in site inspections and project meetings
- Collaborate with the team to solve design and construction challenges
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and industry standards
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and contracts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural processes and procedures
Profile
A successful Architect Technician should have:
- A degree in Architecture, or similar field
- Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design and modelling
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations and property industry standards
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to solve complex design and construction challenges
- Commitment to sustainable and innovative architectural design
