Job title: Construction Manager- Rail Civils
Type: Contract
Location: Birmingham
Rate: Dependant on experience
Role
You will be expected to co-ordinate activities of construction and associated works working in a client sided capacity; working to budget and in line with all relevant standards, processes and procedures. The will be a works delivery focused role on buildings and civils
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Undertaking the role of construction manager for project
- Controlling all on site technical activities client side
- Rail engineering co-ordination across sites and work packages
- Office based co-ordination
Essential requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of rail engineering
- Safety Management training.
- Good knowledge and understanding of structures standards, processes and procedures.
- Client sided based work previously
