A leading Birmingham-based architectural practice is seeking an experienced Job Runner, either a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist, with a strong background in healthcare design. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage healthcare projects from inception through to completion
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Produce detailed working drawings and technical packages
- Ensure compliance with current UK building regulations and healthcare standards
- Conduct site inspections and manage project delivery on-site
- Manage project timelines and resource planning
- Supervise and support junior team members
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Substantial UK-based experience
- Demonstrable experience in running healthcare projects independently
- Strong technical ability and knowledge of UK building regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- A proactive and organised approach to project delivery
