An employee-owned firm of Property Specialists are seeking an Associate director of Building Surveying to join their growing team in Birmingham.
The Associate Director of Building Surveying role
The Associate Director will be an instrumental part of the Building Surveying division, support in leading the team to achieve targets as well as showing best practice by sharing leads, mentoring and supporting others.
Business development and generation will be an integral part of the Associate Directors role to ensure success for the company across all business services. Taking part in the management and delivery of targets for themselves and the team and ensuring these are met with regular training and ongoing development.
The Associate Director will ideally hold
- MRICS qualified
- Experience leading a team
- Business development and generation experience
- Client leads to bring with you
- Team player
- Fee generator
In Return?
- Salary between �60,000 and �70,000
- Car allowance of �4500
